Seat map

Get the seat map for an offer.

Only Kitionz Test Air supports this today. With your Live suppliers this call is refused, so build it in Test but do not depend on it in Live yet.

What: the seat map + per-seat references for an offer that supports seat selection.

When: when the offer’s eligibility allows seat selection, before /book. Send offerId: the offer’s offerId from /search, and optionally adults / children / infants (default 1 / 0 / 0). Any other parameter → 400 VALIDATION_ERROR (supplierOfferRef is the old name of offerId, accepted until the next release).

Note: /book takes no seat choice: no supplier receives one, and a selectedSeats field is refused with 400 VALIDATION_ERROR. Use the seat map to show seats only.

Your Kitionz API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer keyId:secret. Create a Test key at sandbox.kitionz.com → API keys, a Live key at kitionz.com → API → API keys.

Query parameters

Required (or its old name supplierOfferRef; send one, null is refused): the id of the offer you chose in /search — the offer’s offerId (floffer_…, 30 characters).

supplierCodestringOptional2-50 characters

Leave it out: the offer id already names the supplier. Only an organisation shown suppliers before booking may send it, and it must then match the offer; for everyone else it is refused with SOURCE_CODE_NOT_ACCEPTED.
