Get a booking.

What: the current state of one booking — status, pnr, legs, passengers, amount.

When: to confirm a booking after /book, or to show its details.

Read the new names — the old ones are removed in the next release. Each new name has the same value as its old one until then, and the reference marks the old name deprecated. The booking carries the same new names as the /book answer (see /book).

Gotcha: do what nextAction says — it is on every booking. Never book again while the status is RESERVED or PENDING_CONFIRMATION (nextAction.code WAIT): this is the call to repeat after nextAction.pollAfterSeconds, and Kitionz keeps checking with the supplier for you. A FAILED booking carries failure with the reason. /refresh and /status ask the supplier directly, so use them only now and then.
