Refresh a booking from the supplier.

What: asks the supplier for the latest state of the booking now, and returns the updated booking.

When: only now and then, when you want the latest truth for a HELD or PENDING_CONFIRMATION booking (Kitionz already checks pending bookings for you; for routine waiting read GET /bookings/{id}).

Gotcha: when there is nothing to ask the supplier yet — a request booking, a booking whose supplier gave no clear answer, or a supplier with no booking look-up — you get the booking as Kitionz holds it (200), never an error.
